Please read these terms carefully before using the fmb platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below. These terms apply to all players in the Philippines.

Core Terms
To register and use the fmb platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. fmb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be closed and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable regulations. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
All transactions on the fmb platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made through the payment channels listed on the Deposit page, which includes local e-wallets and online banking services available in the Philippines. fmb does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the funding source must match the name on your registered account. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in your account dashboard, subject to identity verification being complete. fmb is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility and are separate from fmb platform charges.
The fmb platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only and is intended exclusively for players located in the Philippines. You may use the platform to participate in sports betting, casino-style games, and live dealer entertainment as made available from time to time. Commercial use, automated access, scraping, or any form of data extraction from the platform is strictly prohibited. You agree not to use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation or interfere with other players' access. fmb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or game category at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated service. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and are final once confirmed.
Players must not engage in any activity that constitutes fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating on the fmb platform. The use of software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination. Players must not attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds; any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided. Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at other players or fmb staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Money laundering or the use of the platform to process funds of illegal origin is a serious violation of these terms and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. fmb cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the Philippines. Accounts found in breach of these conduct rules will be permanently closed and relevant balances may be forfeited.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your fmb account, whether or not you authorised it. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, and you must ensure that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. fmb will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel; any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and contact our support team. fmb implements industry-standard security measures to protect your account and personal data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. You agree to notify fmb promptly of any changes to your personal information, including your contact details and payment methods. Failure to keep your account information current may result in delays to withdrawals or account verification.
fmb reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of significant changes through the contact details held on their account. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines.
